[UPDATE 9 SEPT. 2010 - APPLE HAS NOW CLARIFIED CLAUSE 3.3.1 - see here]
OpenPlug is aware of the changes Apple made to the iPhone Developer Program License Agreement on April 8th 2010.
We are in the process of reviewing those changes and assessing how they may or may not affect our users' ability to generate, package and distribute native iPhone apps.
On the technical side, we can say that ELIPS Studio applications DO use C++ source files that are compiled statically against iPhone Documented APIs.
OpenPlug remains committed to its vision of giving application developers access to the very best features each mobile platform has to offer, while providing unmatched productivity thanks to advances in programming tools.
