Twitteasy Elips App is available for download

Twitteasy is a Mobile Twitter Search client made easy for Twitter Newbies and Aficionados.

It was based on the TweetMWC Elips sample and made generic. With it, you can search any combination of keywords and Twitter hashtags. Your search will be automatically saved and updated each time you launch Twitteasy. And you can compose your own tweets as well.

It has been approved for distribution on the iPhone App Store under the new license terms.

It is also available on the Android Market.

The iPad version is coming next.

I have installed TwittEasy on both the HTC EVO and the Iphone 3GS and both crashed. Is this something to do with the app code itself or something sinister? I noticed the ratings on both stores are less than favorable.

We are evaluating weather or not OpenPlug is right for us to deliver enterprise and public apps.

Hello & Thanks for reporting that our Twitteasy app is crashing and apologies for the trouble.

Note that this was a sample app that we created on the purpose of "testing" Apple's new 3.3.1 clause. It has not been tested extensively. It has however passed App Store approval, so somehow fulfilled its mission.

Yet, it runs great on my personal iPhone with OS 3.1.3, so I really wonder what is going wrong here.

I would appreciate your help in troubleshooting the issue.
Can you please give us a little bit more info on your setup ?
- What iPhone OS version do you have ?
- Is this a jailbroken iPhone ? (Promise : we will not tell Apple ;)
- What Android OS version do you have on the HTC EVO ?
- What carrier are you on for each device ?
- When does the app crash ? at startup ?
- Please give us some reproduction steps so that our dev can troubleshoot what's going on

Thanks in advance for your feedback and best regards
